Terms of Training

Terms governing Bundle Kernelgrid technical analysis education, chart review clinics, bookings, and website use in Thailand.

Acceptance and scope

By using this website or booking training, you agree to these terms. Bundle Kernelgrid provides educational sessions about technical analysis, chart annotation, and trading journal review. Services are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; no communication is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

Eligibility and participant responsibility

Participants must be at least 18. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions, account security, risk limits, and determining whether markets are suitable for you. Do not share brokerage credentials or unredacted financial records with us.

Bookings and conduct

A booking is confirmed after written acceptance and receipt of the stated fee. Participants must attend at the confirmed time and may not record, disrupt, or redistribute another participant’s charts or comments. We may remove a participant whose conduct threatens privacy or safety without refund where the breach is serious.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in clinic rubrics, handouts, site text, and original teaching materials. A booking grants a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied material for private study. You retain rights in your journal and chart annotations.

Availability and changes

We may replace a facilitator, change a venue, or reschedule where illness, unsafe conditions, service outages, or events beyond reasonable control prevent delivery. Remedies follow our refund policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Bundle Kernelgrid is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect loss, or decisions made using educational material. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Our aggregate liability for a training service is limited to the fee paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution by written notice. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Thailand have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
