Group clinics and foundations cohorts
Cancel by email at least seven calendar days before the first session for a full refund. Cancellation three to six days before receives a 50% refund. Fees are non-refundable within 72 hours of the start because the reserved review time and group capacity cannot usually be reassigned.
One transfer to another published date may be requested at least 72 hours before the session, subject to availability. A transferred booking is not eligible for a later cash refund.
Private journal audits
Before records are submitted and review work begins, cancellation receives a full refund. After we begin reading or annotating submitted journals, the preparation portion—THB 2,500—is non-refundable; the remaining THB 2,400 may be refunded if the live meeting has not occurred.
A private meeting may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later requests and no-shows are charged in full, except where an emergency makes that unreasonable and evidence can appropriately be provided.
Cancellation by us
If Bundle Kernelgrid cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, we issue a full refund. If only part of a multi-session course cannot be replaced, the refund is proportional to the undelivered sessions.
How to request a refund
Email contact@bundlekernelgrid.digital with the booking name, session, date, and reason. Do not send bank credentials by ordinary email. Approved refunds return through the original payment method within 7–14 business days; bank processing can add time.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Thai law. Exceptional illness, bereavement, severe weather, or travel disruption is considered fairly on the information available.
