What we collect and why
We collect name, email, phone if volunteered, requested service, preferred date, messages, booking and payment records, and attendance information. For journal audits we temporarily receive records you choose to provide. You must redact account numbers, balances, identity details, and unrelated third-party information.
We use data to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver training, maintain financial records, protect sessions, and comply with law. Our basis is taking steps at your request, performing our agreement, meeting legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating a safe training practice. Consent is used where required for optional analytics or marketing.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally kept for 12 months. Booking and tax records are kept for periods required by Thai law. Submitted journal files and working annotations are deleted within 30 days after the audit unless a shorter period is agreed. We do not use participant charts in promotion without separate written permission.
Sharing and international transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, email, video-meeting, file-transfer, accounting, and payment providers under appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process information outside Thailand. Where required, we use contractual protections and assess the destination’s safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy. You may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

We limit access and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission is risk-free. Our cookie notice explains browser storage used by this site.
